We provide a wide range of NHS and cosmetic treatment in practice including, fillings, dentures, crowns, bridges, veneers, Invisalign and tooth whitening. For further information on our full range of services, please speak to your dentist.
We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs and will discuss the proposed treatment and options with you. We may suggest a referral to a particular specialist if we are unable to provide you with certain specialised treatments.
Some patients find treatment difficult. Any anxieties you have can be discussed with us. We understand and will do everything in our power to help.
You can express a preference about which dentist you would like to see and we will make all efforts to ensure that the request is met; however this may not always be possible. Should you wish to express a preference, please state who you would like to be seen by when booking your appointment.
Below are some of the other reasons for you to choose us:
- Convenient parking available
- Warm and cordial staff
- Newly refurbished
- Appointments notified by text
To join our practice, please call our surgery on 0161 430 5999. Alternatively, feel free to pop by and speak to one of our receptionists. Once registered with our surgery, an initial appointment can be booked with one of our dentists. The dentist will holistically check your teeth, gums and mouth. We will then recommend, if required, any treatments that may be of benefit. For reasons of prevention, we encourage that our patients see us once every six months.
If you cannot make your appointment, please do notify us 24 hours in advance as this spot can be filled with another patient.
Payments will be collected at each visit to the value of treatment received. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express cards. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payments by cheque. Some NHS patients are entitled to either full or partial exemption from charges; please bring proof of your exemption to your appointment.
We hope your experience at the practice is comfortable and relaxed and that you are entirely satisfied with your dental care and treatment. We are always happy to hear your comments. If you have a comment or complaint, please approach your dentist or the receptionist.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care please let us know about it so we can rectify the cause and improve our services. We will deal with any complaint promptly and courteously. Our aim is to resolve the matter as quickly as possible in accordance with the practice policy. All formal complaints will be dealt with by Michelle Jackson.
All personal information held at the practice will not be disclosed to third parties without your express permission or where it is required by law.
